Lauren Weber began her dance training at the age of eight with Ron Jones. At age 15, she became one of the first company members of the Augusta Dance Theater. In 1988 she studied in Seattle, Washington at Pacific Northwest Ballet and Ballet Bellevue. Lauren was accepted into Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, but returned to Augusta where she joined the Company where she is currently in her second season with The Augusta Ballet.
