| Dear Teachers, We are pleased that you have made your reservation for The Nutcracker. The Augusta Ballet's New Visions Education Outreach program began 6 years ago with one performance of The Nutcracker with an attendance of 400 students. This year we are offering 7 performances dedicated exclusively to school shows with over 4,000 student reservations. (This is in addition to 11 performances offered to the general public.) It is thanks to your continued support and the generosity of our sponsors that this program has been so successful! |

| We encourage you to share with us any feedback, i. e. artwork or critiques, from your students. These materials serve as invaluable support in grant applications to our foundations and sponsors who underwrite this program. As an incentive to you and your students, The Augusta Ballet is offering a ******PIZZA PARTY****** to the class with the most completed lesson plans, original artwork, and/or teacher evaluations that we receive by December 20th. (This offer is good for student groups of 10 or more.) The teacher of the winning class will also receive 2 complimentary tickets to a public performance of our February production, Peter and the Wolf. | |
